Cheese Quesadillas

1-1/2 cups Mexican style shredded cheese
12 flour tortillas
3/4 cup salsa

Spoon about 2 tbsp. of cheese onto center of each tortilla; fold the tortilla over to completely enclose filling.

Drop a few tbsps. of oil (or use cooking spray) into a skillet and cook quesadillas on medium heat 2 to 3 minutes on each side until crisp.

Cut each quesadilla into halves or thirds and serve warm with salsa.
